All the pieces I've bought so far I Love. Except for one of the last order where the stone.broke and Fell out. I sent an email to Sandy in your service Dept. to see how I could get it replaced. I've only had it for 1 1/2 weeks. Please advise. Sent pictures also. Ty

I recently purchased the pear diamond inlay ring. I ordered a size 8 but it was too big. I should have ordered a size 7. I sent an email asking about the procedure to return the ring. I was told to keep the ring and they would send me another one, at no extra cost! The ring was delivered today!

I received my Turquoise inlay ring today. It is stunning I am so glad I ordered it, I am always looking for something to replace my original engagement ring (my dog ate the diamond) this is a perfect replacement.
