Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a secure, trackable method.

For size exchanges: return shipping is free.
For returns: customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
