We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you need a different size or prefer to return your item, we’re happy to assist.

✨ Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Need a different fit?
➔ We offer free size exchanges for eligible rings within 30 days, including rings purchased in your first order.

Simply contact us with your order number and the new size you need — we’ll take care of the rest.

✨ Return Process

Contact us at service@retroturquoise.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a secure, trackable method.

For size exchanges: return shipping is free.
For returns: customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

✨ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. We do not charge a restocking fee.
