We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39. Orders below $39 will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.
Most of our products are unique and can come from all over the world, some are made to order.
Due to the nature of this, some items may arrive in multiple packages and/or at separate times even though you are only paying one shipping fee per order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
* If the item is shipped from our warehouse in the US, delivery may be faster (noted on the product page).

If your order hasn't arrived within 40 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Undelivered Packages
Retroturquoise is not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.

For eligible ring size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, including rings purchased in your first order, return shipping is free. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
