I had many issues getting my rings. They came much later than the expected delivery date. The ring came and was beautiful. I loved it. But after a couple weeks the center stone fell out. I was told another was coming and it never came. Eventually customer service quit replying. In the meantime I had ordered another for my mother in law. It came without two of the bands, much later than the expected delivery date, and customer service was once again lacking. It’s too bad bc their jewlery is so beautiful!
